The Community Center of Palomar Mountain hosted a fun night with the Mountain Palomar Observatory Saturday night, did you attend?

Have you seen the new Visitor Center?

 We got an amazing talk about what will be in the night time star - before we went outside to see Jupiter

Get excited about the Community Centers Events.  Below is a list of the next three events we have coming up.  Hope you join us!

Observatory Star Gazing Event

April 29th  (Saturday) at 7 PM

Palomar Mountain Outreach Center (old school house)  35899 Canfield Rd

The evening will start off with the History of the building of the Observatory and will end with a view of the planet Jupiter. 

Bring a Chocolate Dessert to share—Coffee and drinks will be available

Easter Egg Hunt

April 11th (Tuesday)  at 11AM

County Park  - off Crestline

IF the weather is good we will be at the park

IF it’s raining or snowing  we will move to the fire station trailers. 

Plastic Easter Eggs with Candy and Prizes

Mad Hatter Mother’s Day Tea Party

 May 14th (Sunday) at  2PM

Come celebrate Mother’s Day with a fun Mad Hatters Tea Party all invited  mom, dads and kids are welcome.

All events are FREE —Donation to the Community Center are always appreciated for us to continue to bring you events like these.

Valentine's Day Kid Craft Day

The Community Center of Palomar Mountain hosted a Valentine's Day Kids Craft Day.  We had a great time, eating cookies, drinking coco and making crafts.  Each child painted a small pot, where we added a small plant.  Each child also created at least one card - most created two or more.
